Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson plays the role of the studious Hermoine Granger in the Harry Potter film adaptation. She’s been acting in many stage productions ever since she was a child, taking the lead role in several plays like The Happy Prince and Arthur: The Young Years. Her first movie was Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone; as hundreds of girls were competing for the part, Emma Watson didn’t expect to get the role at all. When she isn’t in front of the camera, Emma enjoys playing hockey and engaging in debates.
