Harry Potter Movies

The first book in the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone was released in 1997. It was adapted into a movie by Warner Brothers in 2001 with Director Christopher Columbus at the helm. In 2002, Columbus directed the second installment in the series, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. In 2004, Alfonso Cuaron took over the reigns and directed Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Mike Newell then directed Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, which was released in 2005. The latest movie in the series, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix was directed by David Yates and released on 2007. All movies stars Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter, with Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley and Emma Watson as Hermione Granger.
